EASY RETURNS


Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries, we're here to help out! We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making sure you, as our customer, is fairly and reasonably taken care of. We firmly stand behind our goods and services, and work extremely hard to ensure we provide the best experience for everyone who decides to shop with us. You can return all eligible item by mail within 30 days of the original ship date.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

  • Tracking Information will be provided on all shipped orders. Buyer is responsible for package once tracking information confirms a delivery
  • For international deliveries, Buyers are responsible for duty fees, and other related fees associated with package clearance
  • Item return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of delivery
  • Buyer pays for return shipping; except on wrong items received, defective or damaged items
  • Returns initiated after the 30-day period of receipt of delivery are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sales prices. This will be defined as a "Late Return Fee"
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with original tags still intact, including shoe boxes, dust bags, when applicable
  • New Items must not be worn, altered or damaged. A 50% stock fee will be applied if New item(s) is worn, damaged or altered, without original packaging and tags.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded
  • When returning gift(s), you'll receive your refund only on a Gift Card

REFUNDS

  • All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
  • Refunds for orders purchased with a Store Gift Card will be issues as a Store Gift Card and credited to your account. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

REFUND PROCESSING
Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3 - 5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow for 7 - 10 business days for your return to arrive at our store. NOTE: it may take a few days for your bank to post your refund to your account.
